Company

Tigo was the smallest mobile telecommunication company in Colombia, offering telecommunications services at national and international level: voice and data, the Network operation center (NOC) is at the core of the operations, making sure that the network is always expanding and running.

Team

The NOC is, at its core, composed of a back-office and a front-office, with 24/7 availability.
The back-office, composed of over 10 engineers; and the front-office around 25.
